| By paying this deposit you agree to the terms and dates of training you have discussed with Daniels Performance. The Deposit is applied toward your bill which is due at the end of training. Your deposit is not refundable if you change the dates or you, or your technicians are not available for training on the agreed upon dates. However if you reschedule all or part may be applied to the new scheduled training fee based on the cost to Daniels Performance for changing our travel arrangements. If Daniels Performance cancels or fails to show up and provide the training then you will receive 100% refund of your deposit. Mike Daniels |
